Shipping policy
All orders purchased can be can be picked up from Baby Things, Zetland, or have them delivered directly to your door.
AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING
All orders are dispatched from our store located in New South Wales via Fastway, Australia Post eParcel and in some cases Couriers Please, Star Track or TNT Australia. if you require delivery to Christmas Island, Norfolk Island or any country out side of Australia (except for New Zealand) please contact us to get a shipping quote before ordering. We are able to deliver to New Zealand.
Please note during peak periods including Sales, Promotions, Black Friday, Christmas etc there may be delay in goods being processed.
GENERAL INFORMATION
For courier deliveries (with the exception of Australia Post), a calling card will be left at your delivery address for you to arrange an alternate time for delivery if you are not at home, unless you have provide us with 'Authority to Leave' during the checkout process. At time Fastway Couriers will deliver your parcel to a Parcel Connect locations. Australia Post will leave a calling card with instructions for you to be able to pick your parcel up at your local post office or distribution centre.
Orders up to $50 - flat rate shipping rate: $10
Orders over $50 - free shipping
Please check the tracking number you receive in your shipping notification email to get shipping updates. Tracking numbers may take up to 48hrs to update depending on the day of processing.
Order processing times:
Our normal order processing time is 2 - 3 business days. If you require your order to be processed urgently please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
Order processing time during sale periods may take up to 1 week. If the processing time is extended beyond this time frame we will inform you via the email provided when you placed the order.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All products on our website are supplied subject to availability. We will use our best endeavours to supply you with the product ordered. On occasion however, goods that are displayed on our website may not be available. If this occurs, we will contact you and offer you a part dispatch for the balance of your order that is available, offer you an alternative item or issue you with a refund or credit note for that part of the order that cannot be supplied.
