Important: Pick up and returns is at our sister store Baby Things (please note that we do not display any sale items at Baby Things and are a separate business to Baby Things - our warehouse is located elsewhere and is not open to the public).

Open hours for pickup/returns:
Mon-Fri 10:00am - 4pm
Sat - Sun 10:00am - 3:00pm

Order processing times:

Our normal order processing time is 2 - 3 business days. If you require your order to be processed urgently please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Order processing time during sale periods may take up to 1 week. If the processing time is extended beyond this time frame we will inform you via the email provided when you placed the order.
